Normaly, you don't hear a word about failed projects except rumours or the fact that tey have failed - as it was with Claw2, Honour drive2 or TMZAP2. But "South Park" was such an extraordinary project that it deserves an exception.

- A Bond-parody, spiced with gags and annotations ...
- Tons of bonus material: raw versions of the cutscenes, bloopers, wallpapers, banners
- and on top a campaign of 7 story tracks to replay the action of the movie ...

We were the same, when we launched the project 2½ years ago. we thought of it as a campaign with cutscenes made with video/flash. Though the MT was very hard to do the cutscenes should be videos, the idea came up to make a storyvideo of whole campaign. we inteded to create the biggest, longest, best an most ambitious storyvideo in the TM universe. We're now gone through periods of "nothings happens" and more than once we were about to fail. Some days ago, after serious discussion, the final decision to drop the porject was made.
Up to now, we have about 1/3 of the storyvideo (more or less) completed. Alltogether 66 GB videos, graphics, sounds, replays in mor than 1600 files. It would be a pity if the rot on my hard drive, so i decided to publish parts of it.
I'll start with the opening sequence this weekend. Traditionally, it's Bond last raid before he starts his new mission. because it was finished 1½ years ago on my old pc, it is in 640x360.

T01 - Pacific Missile Base (Island)
The introduction into the campaign and the video: Bonds raids a secret missile base on an island in the pacific, puts some explosives, gets spotted by the guards, evades the pursuit and destroys the base.
Music: Bond-Theme on Gameboy, "Half of Everything is Luck" and "Run, Shoot & Jump" (Goldeneye OST)

Building the track required various attempts, some "restart from scratch" and "back to drawing board", cause the map should be fun & exciting to drive, match the story and provide good scenes for the video.

zu schade dass wir es nie zu ende gebracht habn,war ne gute idee nur dann hatte ich die dumme idee den clan zu verlassen zusammen mit Soro. Danach hab ich das projekt fast vergessn. Ich kann mich nichma dran erinnern an de rmap gebaut zu habn^^
