@ Tension i think it´s because the trackbuilder can choose which quality the shadows can have. This looks like normal Quality shadows, but there is also a option for High Quality shadows ... that takes a lot more time to compute the shadows and the track ;)

the car reflexions and the lightning graphics are the best things but the quality isn´t so beatiful at the shadows and dark places i hope this few pixelbuildings are there because of the rendering/converting ;)
