Well, according to Multimedia Analysis Box, it's the sound that's at 1536 kbps, this is also what windows says when you look at the properties of the video.
MAB says that the video is 2915 kbps, while Windows says 4358 kbps.
Also, if the video would have been 1536 kbps and the sound 192 kbps, this video should have been much smaller in filesize.. :/
I just reencoded your video with those settings and it ended up being just 35 MB in size.
But my computer sucks and my encoding software isn't the greatest, so the actual filesize would probably differ a little.
Anywho, maybe the gigantic sound bitrate is what's causing people here those playback problems?

i think there eis an misunderstanding...

the 1536kps ais the bitrate for the clip... you need it for a nice quality! we could also do a 720*480 with 3000kps bitrate for the clip, then we would have nearly the same quality, but it would be over 100mb, and thats not fine!

and where is the problem? don't you got enough space on your harddesks? xD i think 80mb for a nearly 3min clip is quiet good!

Oh and you could probably lower the video bitrate by a 1000 kpps without any major loss in quality, making the filesize even smaller. :)

Dude, you need to have a look at your downloadable HD-video's bitrate for sound...
A song is normally about 128-192 kbps, while you have set the bitrate of the song in the video to a jawdropping 1536 kbps, making just the sound take up 27.6 MB of the video, when it should actually just take up about 2 or 3 MB.
If you fix this you can easily lower the size of your file from 80 MB to about 55 MB.
